1. Overview

LicenseIQ Builder ("the platform") is a tool for builders to enroll and track candidates through insurance prelicensing education. By creating an account, signing in, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Builder rebate terms

Rebates are earned on qualifying candidate enrollments credited to your account on the platform. The following payout rules apply:

• Payout date. Rebate payouts are issued on the 10th of each month, covering the balance accrued as of the close of the prior month.
• $500 minimum threshold. Any balance under $500 will not pay out that cycle. It carries forward and accumulates until the balance reaches $500 or more, at which point it is included in the next scheduled payout on the 10th.
• Payout account required. Payouts require a connected and verified payout account. Balances remain accrued until an account is connected and verified.
• Eligibility. Rebate eligibility is set by your agency owner. A builder whose rebates are not enabled does not accrue payouts.
• Reversals. Rebates tied to refunded, charged back, or cancelled enrollments may be reversed from the accrued balance.

3. Accounts and access

Account credentials are issued per person and are not to be shared. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your credentials have been used without your authorization.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misrepresent the program, its pricing, or its outcomes to recruits. Do not scrape, bulk-export, or automate access to the platform. Candidate information available to you through the platform is to be used only for supporting those candidates, and not shared outside the platform.

5. No guarantees

The platform and its associated coursework provide education and study support only. No licensing exam outcome, licensing result, or level of income is guaranteed.

6. Communications

By using the platform, builders and candidates may receive transactional email and SMS related to enrollment, course progress, and account activity. SMS is sent only to recipients who have opted in, and replying STOP to any message ends further messages to that number.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
